The staff were very helpful and supportive in helping me to find an item that I had left in a taxi, as well as ensuring that we were comfortable in our accommodation. The beds were comfy, and the apartment was small, cosy, and warm. Breakfast was prepared well and brought to the apartment at the exact agreed time.
