The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was very homey feeling and the facilities were super clean. Cannot fault anything. Would recommend staying again.

Whatever we needed, they made sure we got it. They respected our privacy and wouldn't even knock on the door to leave stuff behind when we were in the lodge! Just one text to Clare and she would answer you ASAP and try to fulfil all your wishes!

Each cabin is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a small refrigerator and a TV. All have private bathrooms. You can prepare a meal in the alfresco shared kitchen/dining area, which is located in the centre of the property. Linen is supplied to all units. The cabins themselves are simple yet beautiful, we loved the layout of the whole site and how each cabin is set up aesthetically amongst native trees and plants - looks beautiful lit up at night. Cabins were still exceptionally warm with heaters going & the beds were super comfy. Loved how clean everything felt too.

Beautiful location, glowworms, no light pollution for great star viewing, and trails with signs teaching us about the different trees. Two spectacular hot tubs: choose romance or starry sky. And s’mores at the firepit. An unexpected highlight of our trip.

Good bed and loved the pillows. Amazing views. Peaceful location: quiet and relaxing.

The nearest airport is Tauranga Airport, 66 km from Franvannah Cabin. We had a wonderful time at this lovely cabin! Lucy and Paddy are the best hosts anyone can ever wish for, they were extremely kind to us, even showed us around their amazing farm. The house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, and it's located in a peaceful and beautiful environment. We definitely recommend it, and hope to come back some day.
