The room had a kettle and there was a small gym with a couple of machines you could use. The shower was very spacious and everything was clean, even get bathrobes. Very close to airport with free shuttle that runs every 45mins

The room was spacious and clean. The location was great, close to the airport and a lovely park and nice restaurant nearby. Just the right place to relax between flights. The staff was exceptionally helpful, I didn't book breakfast because I had an early flight, but the lovely waitress made me a coffee and croissant.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. The rooms were very neat and clean. Shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport can be arranged by a phone call after you land. But just message them beforehand. The hotel is like 10mins away and is in an ideal for transit. The breakfast spread was good value. There are also restaurants around within walking distance and open up to late. If ya need a place overlooking the Madrid basinand airport, this little town of Paracuellos de Jarama and Hostel el Rocio is a perfect spot if ya have a day or two to chill out. I enjoyed the conversation with the hotel owner - he told me about his travels and hobbies - which he describes in exhibits in the main lobby. There was a very nice restaurant a couple of blocks away from the hotel.
