Friendly stuff and the location is close by the airport. 5min by watch from the Terminal 1 -2 -3 but next time I would definitely use an Uber or Cabify. Taxi charges you 20euros as standard price for this 5min ride. Ridiculous.

The stay was perfect for a short stopover at Madrid. It is close and connected to the airport, so it was great having the free bus ride specially since our flight was very early.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

I misread the information and thought the airport shuttles run to the airport from 4am-11pm, however it was 4am-11am. The staff at the hotel were very helpful & went out of their way and arranged a free airport shuttle at 9pm to the airport, after my mistake.
