Perfect size room really, the bed was comfortable just how I like it, pillows were ample and firm and despite the temperature having gone up recently I felt the temperature was spot on, which is coming from someone like me who gets hot and bothered easily! Staff nice and friendly, I should have had more of a courage to ask questions but my stay was really for having somewhere to stay overnight as I was away from the hotel all day. Bathroom was nice and modern, shower worked very well. For someone who has very rarely stayed away from my home town and London areas, a good start. Thanks :)

A superb area of The Black Country.
A superb area of The Black Country. Lots of great hotels and apartments to stay in, not too far from Birmingham, to reach by bus or train, to leave your car behind. Lots of great pubs, so no need to lower your standards by using a Weatherspoon's same with food, fantastic ethnic variety to choose from, so no need to lower your standards by using Mcdonald's or KFC.

Our visit was to Aldridge/ Walsall and sorry to say we won't be rushing back. Took daughter to stay at her partners, we booked Barons Court Hotel to have a meal, stay overnight and do something the following day in the area as we had stayed previously and enjoyed ourselves. Hotel review partly reflects how the facilities and area has changed for the worse. Hotel run down, rooms are a shadow of how they appear on the photos. Used the Horse and Jockey pub across road for a meal and drink. Meal okay then found out it was closing down in two weeks to become a Lidl. Looked at next pub to go to, drove down and found out it was a Co op. Nothing else to do so stayed in hotel TWO hours then left for home after dropping daughter off. We went to see Noddy Holder at Walsall Arena Arts Centre. It was an amazing evening. The Beverly Hotel was perfect for my wife and myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and cooked and served exactly how we wanted it. Very impressed with the stay there and will be back as we have family and friends living close by. So Thank you for the staff and the enjoyable stay there. Peter Hevican.

Not a lot of independent choices when eating out.
Not a lot of independent choices when eating out. Just the usual chain eateries which make the place feel tacky. Ended up in TFI Fridays due to lack of good choices. It made do as I was only there to carry out a job but I wasn't bowled over by the place. Only good thing was a cool little Caribbean bar called Pimientos across from the station to grab a beer. It felt like entering someone's sitting room.

I found that all the staff were local and very knowledgeable about the area and had worked at the hotel for many years. I would recommend the hotel for conference meetings and a good place to hold wedding receptions. I also found the the food and accommodation exceptional for the price and have already recommended the hotel to other people. I was thinking about just a swimming pool and “regular “ spa facilities, such as finish sauna and steam room only. But on the contrary, we spent a lovely time in there with lot’s of spa rooms with different temperatures. The dinner at the bar was great as well. I believe the suite has not been used in months. The family room was ladden with damp and obvious maps on the walls. The curtain/blinds were smelly. You could tell, they haven't open the doors nor window in months. IT WAS SO BAD I CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATLEY
