The room was spacious and comfortable. The reception and bar staff were friendly. Even though we didn’t ask, because I informed the hotel my wife would be using an electric scooter, they allocated us a disabled room which made the stay much safer.

A superb area of The Black Country. Lots of great hotels and apartments to stay in, not too far from Birmingham, to reach by bus or train, to leave your car behind. Lots of great pubs, so no need to lower your standards by using a Weatherspoon's same with food, fantastic ethnic variety to choose from, so no need to lower your standards by using Mcdonald's or KFC.

Our visit was to Aldridge/ Walsall and sorry to say we won't be rushing back. Took daughter to stay at her partners, we booked Barons Court Hotel to have a meal, stay overnight and do something the following day in the area as we had stayed previously and enjoyed ourselves. Hotel review partly reflects how the facilities and area has changed for the worse. Hotel run down, rooms are a shadow of how they appear on the photos. Used the Horse and Jockey pub across road for a meal and drink. Meal okay then found out it was closing down in two weeks to become a Lidl. Looked at next pub to go to, drove down and found out it was a Co op. Nothing else to do so stayed in hotel TWO hours then left for home after dropping daughter off. Certainly no plans to revisit anytime soon.

We went to see Noddy Holder at Walsall Arena Arts Centre. It was an amazing evening. The Beverly Hotel was perfect for my wife and myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and cooked and served exactly how we wanted it. Very impressed with the stay there and will be back as we have family and friends living close by. So
Thank you for the staff and the enjoyable stay there. Peter Hevican.

Not a lot of independent choices when eating out.
Not a lot of independent choices when eating out. Just the usual chain eateries which make the place feel tacky. Ended up in TFI Fridays due to lack of good choices. It made do as I was only there to carry out a job but I wasn't bowled over by the place. Only good thing was a cool little Caribbean bar called Pimientos across from the station to grab a beer. It felt like entering someone's sitting room.

I found that all the staff were local and very knowledgeable about the area and had worked at the hotel for many years. I would recommend the hotel for conference meetings and a good place to hold wedding receptions. I also found the the food and accommodation exceptional for the price and have already recommended the hotel to other people. I will also be booking again in July when I will be visiting Walsall again.
I didnt check into hotel lady phoned me and asked for £200.00 and said I cant go hotel until I pay £200.00 I have been in the cold all night not eaten and was not given a room at all but your company took money from me I'm now still on the street hungry and very tired and i

Excellent!!!
Check In was a breeze and the facility manager made sure that I had everything I needed. The room was superb - large, comfortable and clean. Wifi was super fast and I had extra amenities including a microwave, dishes and cutlery!
The location was walking distance to a supermarket for amenities and to the tram station into the Birmingham and the surrounding are.
All around lovely and would definitely be staying there again if in the area!
From the start of entering this hotel the lovely reception staff welcomed us. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff work so hard and always have a smile and are willing to help with anything. This is a well run clean and very safe hotel.
The breakfast is simply gorgeous with an abundance of food on offer. Good quality produce and is well worth the money paid.
I would recommend this hotel to all visiting this area.
I liked the idea of this hotel, it was old and simple, however it met my expectations.
The location is excellent in middle of wallsall, between Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
The room was spacious enough, there was a washing machine, kettle, microwave and a toaster. Beside the double bed, there's a sofa-bed.
There is a free parking here for the residents.
The location of this hotel was excellent and perfect for the traveller. The breakfast was probably the best I have had on recent travels; from the good quality coffee, fresh fruit, smoothies, good quality breads etc. It really is great value and excellent quality. I would really rate this.
Amazing front of house staff and very friendly, lovely sized rooms ,and feel more at home than in a hotel. Bar is like drinking in the old local pubs ,relaxed and friendly, then the breakfast ,quick and very filling and not cheap processed food, highly recommend
The welcome is most welcoming at Fairlawns,I was delighted to be upgraded to a larger room. There is always a friendly positive atmosphere in the different areas of the hotel. I enjoy the fact that you can attend yoga/pilates etc.. as part of the room rate.
Hotel and staff was brilliant, would definitely stay there again and recommend it if someone needed a hotel in that area. Only minor complaint, breakfast things were not filled up so did not get Sausages or baps, but what I did have was very tasty
Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Meals very good.
Ideal for business meeting or social gathering. Relaxed environment with plenty of areas to quietly sit and read. Near to local attractions in Walsall and surrounding areas.
The property did suit our big family of 6 people’s
The area was nice and quiet near the big Morrison supermarket easy to get in touch with the staff I recommend it to anyone amazing place
The room was very nice and looked cosy didn't get to eat in hotel due to time arrival so ate at the pub nearby. Never ate breakfast as had to leave early due to unforseen circumstances.
The Black receptionist had excellent communication skills, she made us feel at home. I think her name was Kameesha. Excellent service. Staff in the breakfast area were friendly.
Too far from central Walsall buss every half hour but taxi each way when you go out approx 8 pounds it's not really n central position unless you have car. Fabulous host
Nice apartment in a quiet area, secure. Shops were nearby. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!
