Everything was perfect, from the recovery at the airport, to the end of our trip. All excursions were organised by the concierge, Ahmed Hassan, who is absolutely offering a very high level of service. Thanks to his implication and coordination, our stay was fantastic and my wife has enjoyed a perfect surprise birthday. Congratulations to him and to the whole staff ( restaurants and spa ) for making an incredible guest experience. We will come back !!

Renaissance Cairo Mirage City hotel is located in New Cairo district only a few minutes away from Cairo International Airport & en-route to New Administrative Capital. Amazing people and service there. Was really happy to stay and be back again. I did not face any even little problem during stay
