some neighborhood linking the old center with the hotel looks a bit odd, but nothing frightening. it could also be avoided by walking down the street parallel to the trainlines and then crossing the bridge near train station, towards the city canter.

everything was excellent - nice and helpful reception and dinner staff, clean well appointed room, comfortable mattress, soundproof walls and windows.

Only one small remark: on Sunday, the 28th, it was very busy in the afernoon with only one person. For both the reception and the bar.

Very easy to walk right from the hotel to the old part of the city, then down the river and back again. I like the wide open large common area in the ground floor and entrance that combines eating area, chill area, working benches, bar. The gym was cool to use, just for a quick bike ride and light weights The room was modern, the shower head was amazing, huge with great pressure

The parking options near the hotel are limited, one should look for the parking elsewhere. The hotel is located in the immigrant area. There are very limited choices on the hotel's smart TV - I would expect to have at least the YouTube option/program available, instead they have many Spanish TV channels, some English, some German, some French and some Italian - really boring, the time of TV channels is long over.

The hotel is excellent. Everything was good arranged, the linen were extremely clean, the rooms are spacious enough. The WiFi signal was good (one have to sign in to get the access though).

Elevator wasn't always working, also shower in the room is basically in the same space with the beds, not in a separate room, so the other person can see you showering quite easily😁 may not be for everyone if you're traveling with just friends, idk.

Admittedly it was Saturday night, but although the hotel is tucked away, there was loud music (bar, party?) nearby which went on until about 2am. But other than that the area was quiet and peaceful and would thoroughly recommend.

I had a large (all the space I needed) and comfortable room which was very clean. It felt quite modern and well maintained. The location was good, on the edge of the new town, but not too far from most sites (20-25 minutes walk to the Guggenheim). I paid extra for the buffet breakfast, and although I'm vegetarian, there was plenty of options for me and it was very filling. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming and always willing to help or answer questions. Again they spoke excellent English.

No tea/coffee facilities inside the room. I also didn't like the location, to be honest, some streets around that neighborhood seemed to be a bit sketchy and it wasn't well connected with the public transport system.

The room was pretty nice with a nice strong shower (definitely a big plus) and very comfortable. The hotel lobby and other facilities were very nice. The staff was also very polite.
