Spacious, lively and well equipped hotel. Huge double bed in a generously proportioned bedroom with a Mountain View. Great breakfast. Very conveniently located for the ferry port (20 mins) and for a taxi into Bilbao city center (€10). Last - but most important of all - very helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms are 3 star only not 4. People in the reception all the time talking over the phone instead of people at the counter...Should be priority to the people at the counter.

Longer walk into the center than some other hotels but only a minor niggle, roughly 10-15 min walk.

the only disappointment I see is the "Key - cards" if you take it close to a mobile/credit card/bank card etc it will turn off and you need to go down to the reception to get it reactivated. I think that needs to change ASAP.

the location was awesome it's walking distance to the old town like 15 minutes or so. Or else you can use public transport to go to city center. The staff at reception was exceptional same like the breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean with ton of facilities.

We didn’t stay for breakfast but it looked nice but we ate dinner which wasn’t bad but maybe the staff could be a little bit better and improved.

I liked how the hotel was huge and appropriate for big families. I would recommend to stay here if coming to bilbao as a family.

The breakfast was tasty but fairly limited selection. We indicated double bed but still got two twin beds pushed together so sleeping wasn't super comfortable. But everything else was lovely! Lovely view from our window!

Incredible hotel , beautiful place , rooms are amazing , so pretty and very special. I never seen any hotel like this before. Food was delicious and Service was on top. I will definitely come back to this hotel and stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. The staff were so professional and helpful. Lucia looked after us so well in the restaurant. She was so polite, kind and helpful. We really appreciated her professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious and served generously. The choice of the decor is modern and the ambience delightful. Parking facilities are excellent and access is easy. The location of the hotel is superb as it is only a short walking distance to the city centre. We really look forward to another stay in this hotel.
