Very Modern Hotel , room finished to a high and comfortable standard. Staff very helpful with any queries. Property very central in Southern Bilbao with plenty to do nearby.

Location suited us as we used the tram around the city as well as walking. We also bused to San Sebastián. Bus from airport went to the bus station which was next door to the hotel which was very handy.

Missing agreement for parking fees, could be included in final invoice and not on daily ticket payment, especially for business travelers.

The lady at reception when we checked in was quite cold, not friendly.

Location is perfect for getting in/out with Bilbao Intermodal, hotel is across the street from the San Mamés stadium, and the tram next to the hotel takes you straight to Guggenheim and Casco Viejo. Room was modern and very spacious, plenty of hanging and counter space.

We were hoping there was a point where we could be picked up without having my nephew drive into the parking lot although this was not a major inconvenience. There was some construction noise but this usually occurred while we were already awake.

Great location, with access to tram, train and Metro. The welcome water station in the lobby was a nice touch. The additional amenities in the bathroom were a real treat.

Some of the staff in the restaurant were a bit grumpy- I know they had a big group in but the rest of the residents were ignored at dinner

Loved the location- I flew into Bilbao airport and caught a bus to the city. As the hotel is right next to the bus station- it was an ideal location especially as I caught another bus the following day to Vitoria

I didn’t like the fact that we had to wait 55 minutes to check in

The breakfast was good but they were a little slow to replenish dishes. I liked the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom - unusual and helpful!

Hotel check-in with a prepaid reservation was very slow, & took 30 minutes. It seemed like it was the software system, not the 1 staff person on duty.

Room design was modern, efficient, and had everything I needed. Location of the hotel next to the main transit center & in town was great!

There is no bar at the hotel but there are bars within a minute or two walk A sign sticking out from the Hotel would be nice as I was following google maps and knew it was near the bus station but looking up the road you can’t see it till you’re outside the door

Hotel is over Bus Depot so great for getting there . About 35 minutes and €3 from the airport. Bus Depot is underground and you do not notice the buses or noise

It was difficult to find. Apple Maps took us to the wrong location and Google Maps was somewhat more accurate. The receptionist was unfriendly and was not helpful. She did not provide any recommendations for the evening, even though I told her it was my husband’s birthday and I was looking for a nice experience. I called the front desk and was put on hold for 6-7 min only to ask if they had spa services. They don’t.

The property was beautiful and the room was immaculate. They provided slippers, robes, and various accessories you may need. It was very modern and eco conscious. The location was perfect as they are in the heart of the city.
