“Really nice hotel in a great spot, we were off to the arena for a concert so this was perfect. Room was tidy and we were given an upgrade as our room wasn't ready after check in time, quickly resolved! We had a few drinks there and the bar is a nice area to sit in.”

“The location is fantastic for the train station and access to the town centre. The free toiletries were a nice touch. There were a selection of teas, and coffee in the room with a few biscuits. The towels were nice quality and there was, a good hairdryer and ironing facilities. On the whole, the room was clean. The full-length mirror was great. The lighting in the room was good. The bed was comfortable, and the heating system in the room worked well. The bar area downstairs is quite fancy.”
